Bu çalışmada 1975 - 1980 yılları arasında, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Pediatrik Kardiyoloji Ünitesinde Sydenham Chorea tanısı alan 135 yaka retrospektif incelenip takdim edilmiş, romatizmal kalp hastalığı ile ilişkisi gözden geçirilmiş ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.
