EGZERSIZ STRES TESTINDE ST-SEGMENT YUKSELMESI VE ANJIOGRAFIK BULGULAR

Bu calısmamızda, prospektif olarak, egzersiz stres testi (EST) pozitifligi nedeniyle koroner an-jiografi gerc..ekle§tirilen olgularda ST-segment yuk-selmesinin prevelansint ve EST esnasinda ST-segment yukselmesi gosteren gecirilmic miyokard in-farktilsil (GM!) olan ve olmayan olgulart klinik, EST, anjiografik ye prognostik agdan kar-plaormayt amacladtk. calt§maya 16'si (% 88.8) erkek. 2'si (% 11) kadm 18 olgu altridt (yav ortalantast 54. 1 ±9.9 yil). Olgularm 12'sinde (% 66.6) GM! anamnezi yard:, 6'smda (% 34) GMI yokru. EST pozitifligi nedeniyle koroner anjiografi yapilan 210 olgunun 18'inde (% 8.5) ST segment yiikselmesi teshit edildi. Olgularm 137inde (% 72) anterior, 2'sinde (% I I) inferior. ninde (% 16.6) inferior+anterior derivasyonlarda ST segment yukselmesi helirlendi. , GM! olan 3 olguda patolojik-Q'nun olmadigt de-rivasyonlarda ST-segmenti yukseldi. 9 olguda ise ST-segment yiikselmesi Q-dalgast olan lo-kalizasyonunda geli§ti. GM1 olan olgularm sadece 5'inde (% 41.6) EST esnasinda gogiis agrtst oldu. GM! olmayan olgulartn (n=6, % 100) hepsinde EST'de gqiis agnst oldu ye ciinde anterior. I 'inde
