Hepatic hydatid cyst perforation into the biliary tree may involve the small intrahepatic bile dutcs, common hepatic duct or common bile dutc. On sonogram, dilatation of intra and extrahepatic biliary tract was demonstrawd in two cases with jaıındice that is a compiication of hydatid cyst. Ultra-sonography (US) and percutaneus transhepatic cho-langiography (PTC) showed that hydatid cyst foud at porta hepatis causes to compression to the extra-hepatic biliary tract in one case. Ultrasonography (US) and computed tomography (CT) disclosed that cystic mass localized in medial segment of the left liver lobe and porta hepatis caus-es to the same finding as well as in one case. Preop-erative radiologicfindings vere confirmed surgically in 4 cases.
