In this study, the clinicopathologic cha-racteristics of 17 cases of carcinoma of the gall bladder was presented. The relationship between. histological types, gallstones, liver invasion and lymph node metastasis were investigated. Frequent lymph node metastasis and invasion of the liver, was encountered in the poor differentiated ade-nocarcinoma The presence of gallstones were fre-quent in papillary adenocarcinoma.
