Intracranial tumour (1C7) patients, 101 of them, and 36 subarachnoid haernorrhage (SA11) patients hıho were admitted tv the hospital within 48 hrs of bleeding were investigated for their ECG patterns, Among the 1CT patients 55 of 'hem (54.45 %) and 27 SAN patienıs (75 %) had abnormal ECG parrerns. In both groups, prolonged Q-Tc intervals, ST-T wave changes, and U wave were the most frequenly en-countered changes in the ECG patterns..These chan-ges were nwre conspicious in SAll patients !han ICT patients. Especially, the greater lenghıening of Q-Tc prolongatioıı in SAll patients were statistically sig-compared the other ECG patterns e_rarnined (p<0.05). It was concluded that there is no cor-relation between ECG pattern changes and the prog-nosis of the cases.
