Fistula of parotid gland is usually found rarely. The majority of cases occur by the injuries following a surgical intervention and the past history of the infection in the lodge region of parotid. In this article, a patient with an over discharge especialiy when he is eating from the opening of his fistula in the left retroauricular area is presented. The patient was succestWay treated.
