Acute rheumatic Sever is stili maintaining current vczlue. Rheumatic heart disease is a result of acute rheumatic fever. The case notes of the patients suffering from acute rheumatic fever for the last sıxteen years who attended out patent ciiinics have been retrospectively investigated in order to contibute to the topic and the incidence of acute rheumatic fever and the sequels which occur as a result of acute rheumatic fever.
