Aim: To present a congenital left ventricular diverticulum case a rare congenital abnormality and to review related literatüre. Case report: A 74-year-old male patient, admitted to our clinic with subacute myocardial infarction and detected the diverticulum in the inferior wall during left ventriculography. Conclusion: In our case, no treatment fort he diverticulum, small size of the diverticulum, and contraction as good as disappearing completely during ventricular systole.
