Prostate cancer is the most common cancer after the cutaneous cancers in men worldwide. Acinar adenocarcinomas are the most common histologic type and musinous adenocarcinomas are very rare seen subtype. Here we discuss a 64-year-old man operated benign prostatic hyperplasia case whose resection material’s histopathological examination diagnosed as musinous adenocarcinoma with other literature findings.
