Renal oncocytoma are seen rarely. Oncocytomas make about %4 of the cases which are operated with the diagnose of renal cell carcinoma. They are encapsulated tumors with their micro-scopic apperance and can be characterized with their dark brown and mahogony colors..They have diffe-rent sizes which can vary more than 1 cm. The on-cocytes in oncocytomas which are described as proxi-mal tubular adenoma with the apperance of oncocytic are the epithelial cells with granular eosinophilic cy-toplasm and they can create a benign or malign his-tological appearance. We diagnosed it in a patient who was 27 years old and reported because it is seen rarely.
