Many different methods have been used for the identification Helicobacter pylori in upper gast-rointestinal system. The activity iirease in Chris-tensen cigar, CLO test and microscopical oh-s'eryation in histopatolog_ycal cross sections .were comparied. in this study the aim is to research He-licobacter pylori existence in antral biopsy spe-cimens from 57 patients with peptic ulcer.
