The technic for the producrion of immortal clones of cells making single antibody specificities by fating normal antibody-forming B lymphoblasts with an appropriate myeloma cells are achived by Kale,. and Milstein in 1975. These cells so celled "hibridornas" are selcted out iım a tissue cıdıure medimın. Monoclonal antibody and hibridoına technology are used in the speration of individual cell types with specific surfaces markers, diagnosis of lyrnphoid and myeloid ?nalignancies, tissue typing. And also yfr,ill be used in tufnour therapy (magic bullet) with cytotocric agents coupled to antiturnour-specific antibodies.
