The Surgical Treatment of Peripheral Pseudoaneuryms

22 cases with traumatic peripheı-al aneurysm were treated at the Clinic of Cardiovasculer Suı-gery of Selçuk Univeı-sity Medical Faculty hetween 1989 - 1995 years. In eleyen of the cases were etiology due to injuı-ies of gun wounds, eight of them were penetrating instruments, rwo cases were after A.V. Fistüla anastomatic operation and one case was after invasiye vasculer procedure. Vein replacement was petformed in six cases and 9. Cases end ta end anastomosis was done and synthetic greft rep-lacement ta four case (PTFE) and in 3 cases were done arterial ligation. Twenty cases were resulted with healing. Postoperative compiications developed in two cases. In one of them was transposed the graft saphenous yemi!, and forearm amputation was applied to other patient..
