Radyoterapi veya radyokemoterapi 152 lokal mesane kanserli hastada TUR- T son-rastnda uygulandt. Tedaviye tarn yam! orant % 71.5 5 yilltk sagkahm oram % 65 idi. TUR'un ha-,varisi 5 yilhk sagkahm aristndan ert &tenth factor olarak hithilithr. Organ koruyttcu radyoterapi radyokemoterapi mesane kanserinde radikal sistektornive en azindan degerde bir metod olup, ilk tercih edilecek metod olmandir.
