Neuroblastoma çocukluk çağında en sık görülen (1/7000 - 1/10000) nöral tüp orijinli embriyonal tümördür (1) . Sempatik sinir sisteminin herhangi bir yerinden kaynaklanabilir. Baş, boyun mediasten, paraortik sempatik ganglionlar, adrenal medulla ve pelvise yerleşebilir. Nöral tüp ile ilişkili diner hastalıklar da rastlanır (2).
