Olağandışı Ekstranodal Tutulumlarla Agresif Seyredenmantle Hücreli Lenfoma

Mantle hücreli lenfoma tüm Hodgkin dışı lenfomaların %3- 10’unu oluşturmaktadır. İleri yaş hastalığı olup erkeklerde daha sık görülmektedir. Mantle hücreli lenfoma olguları genellikle ileri evrede tanı almaktadır ve ekstranodal tutulumlara sık rastlanmaktadır. Bu yazıda, hastaneye sağ diz ağrısı ve şişlik nedeniyle başvuran ve olağandışı ekstranodal tutulumlarla giden agresif seyirli mantle hücreli lenfoma tanısı alan 62 yaşında erkek bir olgu paylaşıldı.
