Kondrosarkomalar gögüs duvarının en sık görülen neoplaznflarıdır. Vakaların %75'inde bu tümörler kostokondral bileşkelerden kaynaklanırlar. ileri solunum sıkıntılı kondrosarkomalı bir yakaya total tümöı- eksizyonunu takiben sandwich teknik!' sternal protez uygulandı. Bu makalede sternal defekt-lerde gögüs stabilitesini saglavabiimek için adele fle-bleri veya protez uygulamalarının zorunlugn oıgında vurgulandı.
