Peııile prostlıeses are a well-established form of therapy for erecrile dy.sfunction. We •eport our ini-rial cilincal experience -with 15 cases using se-mirigid penile prosthesis. Patient and partner sa-tiVacrion were alsa evaluated with a questionnaire. Our study showed that the main etiologieal eause was vascıdar pathologies_ We did not observe any serious perioperative and postoperative comp-lication. The evaluation demonstrated that patients and partners vere satisfied -with use of penile We coneluded that- the semirigid penile imp-haus had good cilincal results in the trıanagement of organ C erectile dy.Nfunction.
